Who is DESC;
My name is Debby Eekman SAP Consultant and Scrum Coach (DESC)
Since 1999 I have been working with SAP in the field of SD and MM. In the beginning I worked as a User, Key user and tester. In 2007 I switched to Consultancy where I was able to help various customers to set up, improve and optimize their SAP system.
I have also helped many customers improve their business processes.
The past 4 years I have been introduced to SCRUM and I am very enthusiastic about it, it is a nice and structured way to make your projects succeed within time and costs.
In 2018 I passed my exam as Scrum Graduated and would like to share this knowledge.

Vision
At DESC, the customer is central. We advise and help to improve (SAP) processes.
We think it is important that the SAP system works for the customer and not the customer for the system. Together with the customer, we will look at what the wishes are and how we can best achieve this – in the most standard way possible – in the SAP system, so with as little coding as possible but with as many standard adjustments as possible by the SAP. organization are also supported. We do projects in a SCRUM / Agile way so that they can be delivered in a clear, transparent and timely manner.

We organized the SCRUM PSM1 training for our Ellevate members together with DESC SCRUM coaching.
Debby hosted an excellent training. She is a very inspiring coach who gives a lot of practical insights along with the therory. By the end of the training we were optimally prepared to take the PSM1 certification. To sum it up briefly, Debby made us all very enthusiastic for SCRUM!
